Rivoro

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Rivoro (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a business, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

Rivoro is software for service businesses to create quotes and invoices, schedule and track jobs, manage customers, and accept online payments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including your End Customers’ data.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You’re responsible for having the right to collect and store any End Customer data you enter into Rivoro.

4. Plans, billing & trials

  • Rivoro offers a free trial and paid subscription plans, billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time in Settings; changes take effect according to the plan details shown at the time.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

5. Payments to Business Owners

Online invoice payments from a Business Owner’s End Customers are processed through Stripe Connect and paid out directly to the Business Owner’s own connected Stripe account. Rivoro never holds these funds. Each card payment carries a processing fee (currently 2.9% plus 30 cents), which is deducted from the amount paid out to the Business Owner; the End Customer pays the invoice amount and is not charged a fee. Rivoro does not add any margin to this fee. Payments by cash, check, or other methods outside Rivoro have no fee. Use of Stripe’s payment services is also governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Rivoro for any unlawful purpose, or to send fraudulent quotes or invoices.
  • Attempt to access another business’s data without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the business, customer, and job data you enter into Rivoro. You grant us a license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivoro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using Rivoro and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk to the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we may provide additional notice.
